Every used device is guaranteed for 7 days, and every UK used iPhone has a battery health of 85% or more.
7 days to make sure
Every used device we sell is guaranteed for 7 days from the day you collect it or it is delivered: UK used, foreign used and refurbished phones, laptops, desktops, TVs and hard drives.
If a fault shows up in that time, bring it back. We repair it, or if we can’t, we change it for the same model or one of equal value.
Battery health of 85% or more on UK used iPhones
Every UK used iPhone we sell has a battery health of 85% or more. Check it yourself before you pay, in Settings ▸ Battery.
If it reads lower within the 7 days, we replace the battery or change the phone.
How to use the guarantee
Bring the device, everything that came with it and your receipt or order number to our Ablekuma Curve store within 7 days, or message us first on WhatsApp on 024 920 4204.
If your device is to be changed, please sign out of your Apple ID or Google account first, so that we can check it.
What the guarantee does not cover
Damage after you receive the device, such as drops, cracked screens, water or other liquids; devices opened or repaired by someone else; and problems caused by apps or settings (we are happy to help with those).
The guarantee is a repair or a change of device, not a cash refund.
Brand new items
Brand new items come sealed in their box and carry their maker’s warranty.
